Our Bodies/Their Bodies Group Coaching for Parents
If you’re a parent trying to raise body-liberated kids in a culture obsessed with thinness, “clean eating,” and shrinking bodies—you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Our Bodies / Their Bodies is a live coaching group for parents who are ready to unlearn diet culture, strengthen their family’s body image resilience, and build a more protective home environment—while also working through their own food and body stuff in a safe, supportive space.
🗓 Wednesdays, 12–1pm EST · on Zoom · Not Recorded
2026 Dates:
Feb 11, 25
March 11
April 8, 22
May 6, 20
June 3, 17
July 15, 29 (if there is enough interest)
These sessions are the most personal access I offer, apart from 1:1 coaching. It’s a powerful space to process, unlearn, and strategize alongside other parents doing the work of body-positive, eating disorder prevention–focused parenting.
Available exclusively to Body-Positive Home Members.
This group is designed to offer flexible, year-long support that meets you where you are—again and again. Because throughout the year, new challenges and triggers arise, like:
Back-to-diet-culture in school
Halloween candy and sweet boundaries
Well checks and weight stigma at the doctor
New Year, New You pressures
GLP-1 curiosity and fear
Spring Break and summer body image panic
Dance recitals and sports weigh-ins
Values clashes with partners
Grandparent comments at holiday gatherings
“Picky,” secretive, or “bottomless pit” eating
Mom, am I fat? Can you help me lose weight?
Your own evolving healing process
